He assumed the worst and sought out his grandfather, Heihachi.
When he awoke, his mother and the monster were gone. Jin tried to help his mother fight the monster but was knocked unconscious. Despite their peaceful life, they were ambushed by the monster, Ogre. Jun raised Jin away from the Mishima family and taught him how to fight. The tournament ends with Heihachi “killing” Kazuya and Jun having their son, Jin. For a quick recap, during The King of Iron Fist Tournament 2 (T2) Kazuya Mishima (son of Heihachi Mishima and wielder of the Devil Gene) meets the mysterious Jun Kazama.
